The more workouts you do, the better your breathing and coordination will be. Kick off your workout with a 3- to 5-minute warm-up. Next, spend around 20 to 30 minutes working your muscles. After this, cool down gradually and then do a few stretches to increase your muscle flexibility and avoid injury. |
